She operates out of her gorgeous studio in Agoura Hills. She is an expert in the human body. She can work with you based on your needs. You want to get ripped--she can do that. If you have medical issues, she has the knowledge and the intuition to know exactly what you need to improve, get stronger, and most importantly--not hurt you. I had experiences prior to her where the expert was not trained well enough and I got injured--but never with Kathy. She is also the sweetest and nicest person around. Best thing I ever did for my body was to continue to see her. She can see people individually or in duos. She sanitizes after every client and I feel very safe there. I finally got my husband to do too and now he won't stop. He is stronger and in better shape than when he went to the gym.“
