“Alex is amazing. I came in with no background and we worked with me to help create a workout routine that I can do from home. He also spoke to me and encouraged me rather than speak with any level or arrogance. And my favorite part was that he was open to me asking questions and getting a better understanding. Basically, I could tell he truly cares about his clients.”
“After years of infertility and failed IVF treatments, a friend insisted I meet with Rachel. Rachel was incredibly gentle and I immediately felt safe in her presence. She was knowledgeable, attentive and delicate. Before our last embryo transfer, we were told that there would be very little chance for a successful pregnancy given the low quality of our embryo (and previous failed IVF treatments.) Rachel did not let us lose hope! She helped me recharge both physically and spiritually and after YEARS of trying- we finally got pregnant. We are now holding that embryo in our arms.”
