Exceptional customer service. I had a problem with my first key not fitting. I got a quick response from customer support. They even have me a complimentary key for the trouble. The next key was perfect! even better than my original! I did use the service to scan Mikey and fingerprint lock it just in case I get locked out I can just walk on over to the nearby kiosk and cut a key. I am very glad that this service exists and also that the company will make good even if there is a misstep along the way
