This place is great. The guy behind the counter, Nick, is supremely knowledgeable and a real expert in his craft. It’s no average hardware store, they specialize and know everything about locks, keys, doors, door handles, you name it. They really know the details and inner workings of this industry and it certainly shows. Nick also helped me out in a tough situation and I sincerely appreciated his professionalism. I will be coming back to Agoura lock. You’re in good hands here.

I recommend VERY highly!! Nick literally saved the day for me getting my small home safe open. The digital keyboard died rendering the key useless and with his knowledge of safes he was able to fiddle with it and get power to it just long enough for me to open it. Just for reference, I got a few quotes from other locksmiths and was quoted between $195 and $320 dollars with no mention of at least trying to do what Nick did. I will definitely be using him for any of my lock & key needs in the future

Had a problem with a lock securing my bike rack to my car's trailer receiver. The lock's mechanism had seized and I couldn't remove the bike rack. I took it to Agoura Lock and Key and within 15 minutes the guy at the shop (I didn't catch his name but he had a long beard) managed to open the lock so I could remove the bike rack. The service was great, the people at the shop very professional and the price right. I highly recommend them!
