One of the little screws on my reading glasses that holds my lens came out, causing the lens to almost fall out. I took my glasses to Agoura Family Optometry to see if they could repair them, as I didn't have the required tiny screwdriver handy at my office. Luckily the little screw was still in the frame.
I walked into the office and explained the situation. Immediately one of the receptionists took the glasses & went back to effect repairs. After a few minutes she returned, handed me my glasses back and advised that the other lens was also loose; she repaired that also, as well as went over the frame to make sure all was well. I'm from out of town in LA on business, my trip was extended and I had only brought along enough contacts to last me the duration of my original itinerary. I called Agoura Family Optometry to see if they could assist in maybe selling me a few pairs to hold me over, and they said come on in, and gave me 5 days worth of contacts for FREE. I've never been there, not a patient. Super accommodating, thank you guys so much!
