I had reserved a jumper and canopy like two months ago, and they showed up this morning and cancelled on us. They complained we didn't have a water spigot for the barrels to ballast the canopy down and that they couldn't leave it overnight at our apartments (I guess they were leaving down the hill and wouldn't be able to pick it up tonight)
We called to confirm the reservation twice, once a few weeks ago and then once literally yesterday and they never asked about the water or leaving it overnight.
They've had my address for the whole time and I've rented from them twice before with no issue, they didn't have a problem with us being in apartments before. The canopy is one thing, we could've filled up from our sinks somehow but how is it our fault they couldn't come pick it back up tonight
I had to scramble and pay another company extra to come from way out of the area (who brought their own sandbags to weigh down the canopy)

I haven't been inside but my sis gets her water from here. The prices are amazing and cheap. Clean lot, they have a cart to bring water out. It must be ok because my sis goes 2xs a month and no complaints.
