Omg! Such a kind and patient office! Dr. Alex was AMAZING. Today was my first time getting prescription contacts.He was extremely thorough with all the information I needed. Dr. Alex was sooo cool and funny too. I only want to book future appointments with him. He made me feel come and comfortably. There was also a young lady who sid my eye exams... I think her mame was... Martha. She was so kind and patient with me too and made me feel calm. Hollie, who works in the front was AWESOME. I had some trouble trying to practice putting in and out my contacts, but she was immensely sweet and kind to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. Ive been going to Buena Vista Eyecare for over 10 years. Always a great experience. Optometrist are knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. They have an awesome variety of eyewear. It was quite the surprise when I was told there is now a 4% fee to use a credit or debit card. Not happy about it.
