I bought a screen door from these guys and I messed up the measurements totally. So I called them back and luckily they had an installer Robert that came out for an extra cost to help cut it down and install it for me. Thanks guys for the help! My wife is happy now.
The measurements were perfect and the packaging was great. Included a wooden frame to prevent the screen from bending. The mesh was attractive and absolutely perfect for my needs. It also added just enough weight to improve the slide of my screen door. Highly recommend!
Excellent product and very easy to install, but there was virtually no communication after I placed my order. I had no idea how long it would take to fill the order and I wasn't provided with any information about the delivery date.
