Overall great screen. Ordered 7 May and they said shipped on 22 May and provided a tracking number. However, the Shipping company did not receive the screen from them for 10 days. It wasn't until I emailed the Best Custom Screens and asked why it had not made it to the shipping company and threatened to charge back the purchase thru PayPal. Then they shipped it the next day. I received it two days after the shipper got it from them. Now I have to say, it was packaged perfectly and very secure. They made me a custom screen door 94 and 1/4in high by 36 wide. They did a perfect job and it looks great. Arrived protected by a temporary wood frame and wrapped in very heavy cardboard. No damage to the box or screen. So the GLS shipping company is also very good. I Followed their online video directions for installing it, including adjusting the wheels. Installed fast and works great. Overall they did a great job and worth the money. And shipping was only $55. I would have paid $75 for that great of shipping. I just wish they shipped it when they issued the tracking number. We are very happy with the screen.
