Brent and his team did a fantastic job installing 3 mini splits in our condo. He was very professional from the outset, going through layout ideas of where to place the units, kept me in the loop on any issues that arose and quickly found solutions that he ran by me before proceeding. I’m very happy with the final install and how cleanly they were able to run all of the connections.
Once our electrical work is completed by another contractor we will be able to fire up the units and provide an update on how everything is working.
Where all others failed to provide service or even call me back Brent and his crew, especially Michael responded almost immediately to
my request to service my heat pump at our condo in Radium. Fixed my problem promptly and expertly. He even did a house call in the evening to my place! Who even does that anymore. I will recommend Purcell without hesitation to my fellow condo owners.
Brent came out and assessed the situation very quickly. Michael was the one that removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace in our dugout basement, he is very professional and clean ,I would highly recommend them for any heating or air concerns in your home
