After waiting close to a year for another supplier in town who could not get parts or units or commit to installing an air conditioning unit in my townhouse, I went with Shift Air at the recommendation of my neighbour. Brent was quick to respond and provided a fair quote and provided unbiased advice about what type of unit I needed. Unit was installed quickly and conveniently and everything appears to be working well thus far. Was very anxious about getting A/C installed prior to July given how unpleasant last year was with the heat and was relieved to get set up at the end of May. Many thanks to Brent for the quick response and excellent service!
