Had my motorcycle registration transferred from another province to BC at this location and Alex was friendly and helpful, the process was quick and I got a really good deal on insurance! Would definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to get insurance.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Western Financial in Williams Lake and especially with their insurance agent, Josee.J. She helped us get our auto insurance transfered, our home insurance finished and our boat trailer insured all in one visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. We had problems previously trying to get our boat trailer insured due to a vin error and while other agents gave up, Josee met the challenge head on and did not give up till we had a trailer plate in our hands. Josee is my new favorite insurance agent and I look forward to seeing her again. Thank you for the Exceptional service, Western Financial.
