After a terrible experience with another engineering firm in Kamloops I was left stranded with no other firms available or willing to help finish my home renovation. I contacted OCTO and they were immediately receptive and willing to help me. They understood I was put in a bad position and handled everything in a very timely manner. I had hired my own designer and they were more than happy to work directly with him (GH INNOVATIONS). I was very pleased with the communication, organization, and overall cost of the work done.
