Joan is absolutely amazing! Great customer service, she always tends to my needs regardless how late I arrive in the day. I’m guilty for showing up near closing, that’s on me…she stays late to help me, she’s very knowledgeable on all the available options and I really appreciate her feedback. She has helped my elderly mother as well and is very patient. Honestly her commitment to Money Mart in Williams Lake goes above and beyond, she cares about her clientele. This was my first experience in years at Money Mart. Joan in the Williams Lake store seriously went WAY above and beyond anything I would have expected. I honestly wish there was a Joan everywhere I went to experience customer service. Great job girl! I'll definitely be back, and for sure be spreading the word.
Joan is great, she works so hard to keep this place open. There isn't anywhere else to cash cheques here where you're treated like a human. If anyone deserves a raise Joan does.
