We're from Oregon and poking around northern BC in our VW Westfalia, a power steering hose sprung a leak and we limped into Williams Lake. Not sure about the state of the PS pump, we camped for the night and showed up at Loyalty Autoworx as they opened this morning. Chuck had a whole line of cars ahead of us, but he took pity on us and had a new hose made and installed within a couple of hours, and we were on our way. Proffered wise counsel about how to keep it working til we get home. And charged us much less than he should have. Enjoyable guy to talk to, knows his stuff, and competent crew around him. If you're gonna break down, it's nice to know a guy like Chuck.
Chuck at Loyalty Autoworx is a hero. Our 2007 RAV4 broke down while canoeing the Horsefly River over Canada Day long weekend. With no tow trucks or mechanics open over the long weekend we chose the highest rated mechanic in Williams Lake and asked that it be towed there by BCAA the following week.
We had to travel back to Kelowna and leave our vehicle in the hands of Loyalty Autoworx. The Google reviews are true! Chuck was absolutely amazing to work with and he got our vehicle back up and running in no time, all for a very great price.
