I am so pleased and impressed with the service. Phoned from miles away and placed the order. They were very accommodating and pleasant on the phone. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for our son and daughter-in-law. They received it yesterday and absolutely love it.

The wonderful staff at Lo’s Florist made the most perfect corsage to go with my daughter’s grad dress. Thank you for taking the time to find the perfect matching ribbon colour. She loved it! Awesome job ladies!

Although I was originally disappointed that my online purchase did not match the flowers sent, a polite phone call was all it took to discuss the situation and resolve it to my satisfaction. In the future I think I would avoid purchasing online and simply get an idea from online and phone in my actual purchase.
