Thanks for fast and efficient service and awesome shop and mechanic rates, customer service 5 stars, reminder no shuttle, but being an able person in a wheelchair they gave me a ride home, thanks for having awesome customer service working at the desk.

I was driving through Canada from Washington headed to Alaska and my truck broke down. Every shop was 3 weeks backed up and nobody would even talk to me about trying to help. These people (especially Dave) were the only ones and they went so above and beyond to try to help me get back on the road working late after hours to fit me in. I do not possess the vocabulary to describe the legendary service that I received.

Can't say enough about the owner of Kal tire in Williams Lake. We were passing through and heading north when we blew a rad hose late last Friday afternoon. Arrived 45 minutes before closing. Embarrassed to say I forget his name, he stayed after hours to keep us going on our trip. Without him, we would have lost 3 days minimum. Thanks again for the amazing service. Very thankful hunters.
