On a 2400 mile trip from Washington to Alaska and on day 2 I pulled off into a turn-out to fast and hit a gigantic pothole. Hit so hard my steering wheel sat at 1 o'clock and the truck drove terrible with bad vibrations. 250 miles later there was already visible abnormal tire wear. No way i could make it another 2k miles like this without destroying my front tires. Tried 10 different tire shops across a 200 mile span and nobody could help. Desperate at the last minute JTA 4x4 squeezed me in early morning for an alignment. Not only did they take their time and do it right, but the truck hasn't driven this straight in years. quick, honest, quality service, and the owner is SO very kind. our van broke down outside williams lake while we were driving south on a long trip home. I called 10 mechanics in williams lake and all were booked up for at least 10 days. JTA was the only shop who offered to take a look and fixed our simple problem within 2 hours the same day so we could get on with our journey at a very fair price . Thanks so much JTA.

Amazing friendly service! We sprung an oil leak and got the dreaded red engine oil light nearing the end of the 24 mile dirt road from Horsefly to Elysia Resort on Lake Quesnel. I checked the oil dipstick and the oil did not even register on it. Since there is no cell service that far out, Elysia resort let me use their satellite phone to coordinate a tow back to Horsefly to the nearest service station the Race Track Gas Station. I talked with Chad the mechanic and he accepted the tow and this was on a Thursday and we would be at my sisters Lake house until Monday at which time we were hoping to pick up a fixed vehicle.
