“Backtrack from my last comment.My experience with United Floors has always been positive. I have been struggling with the laminate flooring and unfortunately the floor has had to be repaired in one spot of the hallway many times. The boards separated when the cold weather hit. I placed blame on the installation of United Floors because who else do ya blame? I have not had much luck with this type of flooring. I apologize for placing blame, on the business. I have had United Floors do all our work in our home for twenty years and this is the first time we have ever had an issue, some houses are just not meant to have this type of flooring is my guess .
