AC rough in was already in the attic, but the coolant pipes outside were bent, so considerable work was required to repair them. Attention to detail was evident in this install. The Samsung heat pump unit he ordered is beautifully quiet and efficient. I booked Roberto two months in advance with a deposit for the unit and he came promptly on the appointed date. Friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I highly recommend his company.
