I recent had to get my hair done there for a wedding and I had been there before I am Transgender. The owner had me come in at 9am the day before the wedding as he had cancelled earlier no big deal but what happened next was a huge deal. Upon starting to color my hair he informed me that he hated that Pride Month the Pride Flag and Rainbow saying you don't deserve to have a month. He made little baby sounds when talking about the girls who had come by to promote Pride. I as him if we could change the subject when he went into his hatred of Gay Men who in his words act gay. I once again asked him to stop and he proceeded to tell me about how he hated Lesbians and how it wasn't normal. Well his final complaint was that he didn't like people with coffee on their breath, I hade a coffee. I was the only person in the salon except him and I felt very intimidated by his action's. I left a tip only because I did not want to upset him and I know now I should have refused to pay. I have reported him to the BBB and am considering further actions.

The owner is extremely abusive and I had a very frightful experience with him.
He was cancelling his own appointment he made with me getting highlights. He Didn’t show up and when I asked if I can reschedule then he started swearing and cussing on the phone.
