I can only speak to the satisfaction of the service I use. I bring my cat (AKA The shredder) there to have her nails trimmed. The cost is better than any vet or any other place that I have found. This is a cat of which a vet clinic specializing in felines is afraid. For some reason my cat allows her to trim her nails. My cat doesn't enjoy it but she is able to make the cat comfortable enough to get the job done without too much stress or drama.

Long term costumer of over 10 years, our first dog Hubble came regularly for his grooming, and now our second dog has been seeing Diane for her grooms, can’t say enough nice things about this business!! :) they always do such an amazing job, and you can feel the love for the animals! Clover just came back from her little spa day and we couldn’t be happier with her results!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Diane at Critters and Friends! We were away this summer leaving our cat at home with a pet sitter for a few weeks, we came home to her completely matted! They were able to get us in promptly and treated our cat with impeccable care. Our cat Ella decided to behave absolutely feral for her appointment and unfortunately, we all decided it would be for the best if the remainder of her lion cut was finished under anesthesia at a vet's office.
