My combo lock broke, the dead bolt was preventing my door from shutting and the thumb turn was not functioning. I called at 2:00 PM and it was fixed prior to 4:30PM. What a relief! Thx!

As owners of a condo in Whistler, our last guest had accidently jammed the key box which is the only access to the building and suite. We were a bit stressed trying to correct this issue, in the end we needed Alpine lock to help us. DAVE went over and above to help us! Showed us how to reprogram our locks in the suite as well, making a stressful situation much easier! Highly recommend!
