As owners of a condo in Whistler, our last guest had accidently jammed the key box which is the only access to the building and suite. We were a bit stressed trying to correct this issue, in the end we needed Alpine lock to help us. DAVE went over and above to help us! Showed us how to reprogram our locks in the suite as well, making a stressful situation much easier! Highly recommend!
The lock on the condo door suddenly broke and I was unable to get in after a long day skiing. I called Alpine Licks and Chris answered. He was so helpful. He sent Shawn to fix the problem immediately. It was about 25 minutes between my call and getting back into the condo with lock repaired. 5stars. Thanks.
The staff are great professional people and run a fine business! Integrity and professionalism are great qualities to have and I am very fortunate to have used their services in my short trip to whistler! Thanks guys !
