They do not offer walk ins anymore

Dr Gustafson honestly just seemed to want to get me in and out as quick as he could. Honestly didn’t get any inclination that he cared or had any concern for my wellbeing. He asked me 0 questions about my concerns, I’m not a medical professional so obviously would have no knowledge about anything else that could cause my medical issues. But surely it’s his responsibility to find out more about me. He maybe looked up from his laptop twice in the 5 minutes I was in his room.

It honestly felt like he sent me for a blood test purely to appease me.

I called into the office a week later to ask for an update as a week seemed a while to wait for a simple blood test to me (I could be wrong, like I said, not a medical professional). They had heard nothing but was told they’d let me know when it came in.

Two weeks later (three from original appointment & bloods) I still hadn’t heard anything about the blood tests. So I called up and was told we did have them, the Dr didn’t see anything wrong so we didn’t bother to call.

Surely it’s the Dr’s responsibility to speak to me and then offer to try something else? I wasn’t lying about my issues and they don’t stop because the blood test he ordered didn’t come back with anything.

They also insisted I could only pay in cash as well. Is this normal? It feels very sketchy to me.

So after the original appointment, and the 2 blood tests I spent over $200 to be told absolutely nothing.

Unfortunately, I was raised by mum in quite an old fashioned way, I have always kept my ailments to myself. I’ve been to the Doctors only a handful and of times. And honestly no plans to go back, left a horrible taste in my mouth.

I’m from the UK so I’m new to the whole private medial centre thing, if this is all normal then fair enough, but to me it just didn’t seem right.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Gustavsson was rude, condescending and unhelpful. Ended up going to urgent care where the nurse was absolutely wonderful

Zero stars! Use to come here all the time but now I can't get an appointment that would litterly take 5 minutes out of the day because I've seen different doctors and not just one. Requested an appointment online to only get rejected. Horrible service and whole website is a lie. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! WASTE OF TIME

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had 2 terrible experiences here and wouldn't go back if he was the last Dr in town.
