We were very impressed with the excellent service provided. We were leaving on a long road trip and noticed shaking in the front at highway speed which turned out to be a seized front caliper. They were able to diagnose and replace the front brakes that same afternoon at a fair price.
My wife and I brought her Subaru in as there seemed to be a deeper noise when accelerating than we heard for the 10 years of ownership & our mechanics had just done the regular servicing!
Tony called us once they had time to hoist the car between booked appointments and said we could come & get it!!
Drove back & she hoped out & I left…
Jill explained: that Tony said her car looked great & nothing needed fixing & gave her the keys; so she asked what she owed & Tony insisted Nothing!!!!
Two life-time customers here for sure!!
Tony and his mechanic were very helpful. I do recommend the shop they help me out of a real pickle. They were fast and kept in communication the whole time. when I come back to BC that’s where I’m taking my vehicle for service
