First Class service from Tony and the team at Midas!I booked my car in to check for a puncture,this was the first time using the Midas garage(yesterday)They did a number of tests but were unable to find a puncture.There is a set fee for this service but to my amazement NO CHARGE!That is true customer service.I will be using Midas in the future for my service and tyre needs,

In all of my decades of car ownership I have never picked up my car and paid less than what was quoted so I was pleasantly surprised when this was the case today. I decided to have my timing belt replaced here because it was almost half the price of what the dealership quoted. Thank you Mike and team for your great work and customer service!!
I called a number of shops looking for tires for our Mercedes GLK 350 on relatively short notice. There are limited options for all-weather tires for this vehicle, and the fact that I was calling on the Friday of a long weekend, hoping to have the new tires installed before the following Friday made it a little challenging. Tony's customer service was outstanding. He took all my info, did some digging and called me back with recommendations and options. He was able to offer 3 different options, all of which would have been available for install on Wednesday.
