Management is dirty disrespectful creepy and will stalk you everytime you use the bathroom. I feel like I'm being watched every time I enter the bathroom.
Have had to call cops multiple times and have filed reports.

They should be on a watch list

The residents at Gateway Park Royal.Property is in a great location and things look good on initial inspection however that's where things turn.Property manager Debbie admitted being overwhelmed at times managing several properties which clearly shows in the numerous complaints of lack of response.Parking, elevated utility bills, quality of construction, failed disclosure of important policies or certain inclusions/exclusions and related costs, extremely poor response time to issues etc.Listen, the Property has the potential to bring itself up to par with comparable properties but only if it addresses the ongoing issues and possibly a management change.
