We had a property in West Vancouver with a complex, poorly functioning heating system including an on demand boiler, geothermal system, air conditioning and driveway snow melt. Energy1 was able to investigate the situation, identify the issues, provide a detailed estimate and complete the work in a timely fashion... all for a fair price. The entire Energy1 team was most professional, always clear in their correspondence with the client, thorough in their work and with much attention to detail. Based on our experience, this mechanical contractor was exceptional for their knowledge, service and quality of installation.
The HVAC technician Mike Schipper was extremely professional and knowledgable. He swapped out my whole system, and now I am able to run my heater much more efficiently. He did very good work, was punctual and very clean. I would definitely recommend this company. I have come to understand from my research that the equipment is only as good as the installer, and I do believe I lucked out with the best installer.
