I went to replace my screen protector, after I had bought one there two years ago, and was able to replace it no problem with the warranty I bought. I was also able to get my screen repaired with a minor crack in under 15 minutes for a reasonable price (about $130). Totally better than waiting all day at the Bell or Apple stores.
