Great shopping experience at Best Buy! I came in to buy a some stuff and was fortunate to be assisted by Steffy. She was professional, friendly, and knew exactly what to suggest based on my needs. She explained the features clearly and helped me compare options so I could make the best decision. Her positive attitude and customer-first approach really stood out. The products are fantastic, but the service I received from Steffy made the experience even better. Highly recommend visiting this store and if you get a chance, ask for Steffy, she’ll take great care of you!

I visited the phone department at Best Buy Park Royal on Sunday, December 28th and had an absolutely outstanding experience thanks to Alireza Azarmi.
Alireza was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly, ensuring I understood all the details before making a decision. I never felt rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to help me; it is rare to find this level of genuine customer care these days.
