Alicia is wonderful, always make me feel welcomed and comfortable. offers advice and focuses on your needs. #1 for massages in my book. get an appointment before she is all booked up. spots go fast . D
Very friendly with excellent service. I especially liked the way the in clinic exercises were then sent to my email so that I could continue them correctly at home without relying on my memory. I am happy to have found a clinic and therapist that I can trust for future problems
My spouse and I have had help from Westside Physiotherapy & Acupuncture on a few occasions. Not surprisingly, once something happened on a Friday leading into a long weekend. Thankfully, the receptionist was able to squeeze in a time to be seen and relief was given before the end of the day. The staff did not pressure us to have follow-up appointments and that was appreciated. The staff is helpful and considerate. We'll definitely use their services in the future, if needed.
