Very friendly with excellent service. I especially liked the way the in clinic exercises were then sent to my email so that I could continue them correctly at home without relying on my memory. I am happy to have found a clinic and therapist that I can trust for future problems
My spouse and I have had help from Westside Physiotherapy & Acupuncture on a few occasions. Not surprisingly, once something happened on a Friday leading into a long weekend. Thankfully, the receptionist was able to squeeze in a time to be seen and relief was given before the end of the day. The staff did not pressure us to have follow-up appointments and that was appreciated. The staff is helpful and considerate. We'll definitely use their services in the future, if needed.
When I first called this practice, I was in despair, in so much pain and with no faith that Physio was going to resolve it. From the very first call right through to the last treatment I had recently, the whole service has been superb, so efficient and professional. I felt very welcome on each and every visit and the Physiotherapists really took time to get to know me, understand my lifestyle and medical history and put together a truly bespoke program for me, including acupuncture. I am relieved to say that I am now pain-free and back to my normal activities and I certainly wouldn’t have got to this point without Westside Physio.
