Woke up the other day and couldn’t move my neck from side to side and was in excruciating pain. My husband put his back out a few weeks prior and saw Dr Nelson and told me to call him, reluctantly (after not having good experiences with chiro in the past) I called; and Dr Nelson got me in right away. He explained what was going on with my spine and adjusted me. Miraculously I walked out of there able to move my neck but still had a bit of pain, two days later I wake up and went for another adjustment and feel like a new person. I had pain I wasn’t even acknowledging and he pin pointed problem areas and was able to completely rid me of the pain I was experiencing.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone, he is very friendly and professional and REALLY knows his stuff. I also appreciated how thorough he was & how he explained things to me, I get overwhelmed easy and this took a lot of anxiety away. Happy to say I can move around freely in a way I haven’t been able to in a very long time.

I’ve never had an appointment here before, I tried calling and explaining I have to send receipts to my lawyer due to a car accident and I haven’t been to a chiropractor in a year. He was hesitant because he said he doesn't deal with icbc and I reassured him that he won’t have to deal with anyone I will just have to keep the receipt from him to send to my lawyer. Saying once again that he won’t have to deal anyone, he replies with “yeah just your lawyer” which I said once again that he won’t have to deal with anyone. He would just be collecting my money. He told me it’s best I find the place that I went to a year ago because they will already have a file on me. The way he was talking makes me think he’s got something to hide? After being told 4 times you won’t interact with anyone but me and my money and still telling me to go somewhere else rises suspicions. Very strange you won’t take someone just because they have to give receipts to a lawyer to get reimbursed.

Very unprofessional, I called to get my hip adjusted today. I explained I had been seeing another chiropractor in Kelowna over the past year and had an adjustment with them yesterday but needed my hip popped back into place as it slipped out again last night and my regular Chiropracter wasn’t open over the weekend. Dr Nelson said I wasn’t a patient there. I said yes I am the last time I saw you was 2020. He said that I would be required to pay for a full exam as a new patient again which is close to $100. I explained that I didn’t have insurance coverage and cannot afford to pay as a new patient again. And he hung the phone up on me. Very rude and completely uncalled for as my spouse and I have been patients there for a year prior to switching to a different chiropractor. The chiropractor I’m going to now I hadn’t seen in 2 to 3 years and he took me back as a returning client and never charge me as a new patient so I’m not sure why Dr. Nelson felt that that was necessary on top of hanging up on me, especially since I’d been having regular chiropractic therapy. Having said that I would not recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone due to his attitude and unprofessional behaviour. ?
