Terrible customer service, rude as hell over the phone and completely unhelpful. Do not recommend this place at all, go to Kelowna the shops there are better in every way.

Robyn always cheerful and very knowledgable about gear ,helpful with suggestions what would work better for your personal style . She always finds the best deals and a pleasure to see . These guys were awesome. I showed them a rear reflector off my Yamaha Atv to which ( I got a great chuckle out of this )he replied we usually throw parts for those in the dumpster 😂. He then said wait a minute, went into the shop and came back with two used rectangular reflectors to replace my round reflectors. I asked how much, and he said no charge have a great day. And he made my day great. They were very professional courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them .

Any time I need help Valley Motor Sports has been there to help. Half the time they don’t even charge me when they are able to fix something quick (e.g. straightening a peg on my dirt bike after my daughter waxed out). They’re ridiculously awesome… shop local, give them your business!
Their whole staff is awesome. Hard not to get into a social chat about something motorized when you walk in here. They love what they do and it shows.

First off best Motorsport dealer in Canada! No seriously these people know their stuff and they’re extremely good at what they do. They opened their doors to this east coaster and made me feel like an instant friend. Cannot wait to get back out west and make Valley Motorsports my primary dealer for all my motocross needs. For the best selection in moto gear I’ve seen across this country make sure to stop in and see Robyn, she will make sure you get exactly what you want with no questions. And maybe if you’re really nice she’ll send it across the country🫣🤠 thanks again and cannot wait to get back!

I drove 5 hours one way to check out a used bike being sold privately through the dealership, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating experience.
The ad clearly stated lower hours than the bike actually had. On arrival, I found out the speed sensor wasn’t working, and the choke couldn’t even be turned off—two things (that I found) that should have been disclosed upfront.
Wasting 10+ hours of my time and fuel to see a misrepresented bike is completely unacceptable.
That said, Jody at the dealership was extremely helpful and understanding, and I really appreciated his honesty once I got there. My issue is with the seller, not the dealership itself.
