HUGE THANK YOU to the team at Triumph Heating and Air Conditioning. From the sales guy Neil to the installers Chad, Daniel and Sergie. I have a new hot water tank and Heat pump installed. I already feel the difference in heat. I would ? recommend these fellas to anyone looking for Heating and air conditioning needs. They are kind courteous and very professional. Taking the time to explain everything to me during and after the installation was a bonus as well.
I recently applied for funding with the CleanBC program and had a new Heat Pump installed by Triumph Heating And Air Conditioning. It all started by attending an info session that Neil was hosting and he answered all my questions. I love my new Heat Pump, it's so efficient and quiet! A huge shout-out to Chad and Daniel for going above and beyond the call of duty in the installation process. A pleasure to speak with, these men are true professionals. They completed the job without any delays. I am very impressed by Triumph Heating And Air Conditioning!!
We highly recommend Triumph Heating & Air conditioning. We were impressed with Neil and how he took the time to explain the process and answered our questions we had about switching over to a heat pump. Neil was friendly, didn’t rush us, he was very knowledgeable and impressive. (Made the sale) Chad & Daniel were also very friendly. They installed the equipment professionally, and kept everything running smoothly. They cleaned up afterwards, showed us how to use the phone for setting the heat pump/air conditioning unit. We were very impressed by their work management. Definitely will recommend this company to friends.
