We had a problem with our sump pump at 8pm and needed a plumber asap. We called 5 different places in a panic and Brandon from Mr Rooter called us back right away. Brandon came out to our house right away, he was professional and polite.
We have had problems with this sump pump since we had it installed and have had another plumbing company come out several times, they have never taken off the main cover just the small access cover. Brandon did not even start with the access cover and immediately took off the main cover. He found what our problem was, tested it several times before putting it all back together.
