They are great communicators give a automated update on your vehicles progress. The loaner vehicle was clean with winter tires, The workmanship was excellent! Cant even tell there was a ding. Vehicle came back shiny and clean.Glad I took the advice and went to Penticton.

Been taking my cars here for about 6 years. Recently, I brought in my 2016 Mercedes GLE 350d for carbon build up removal. As always great labour rate and workmanship… but… after all work was done. My car has better fuel economy than ever and even better than advertised brand new (8L/100kms highway). Drove from Calgary to Westbank. Travelled 500 kms through mountains at 6.3L/100 kms. By the time I got home, I still had over 1000kms left of fuel. Proof attached. Kevin and the team are outstanding.

My wife and I were travelling from Vancouver to Edmonton with a day stop over in Kelowna. The check engine light came on in my 2006 Mazda 3 about 25 kilometres out of Kelowna in the late evening. I drove to this shop first thing in the morning and they were very helpful, taking the car in even though their shop looked busy. They kept me informed of what they diagnosed and what the estimated cost and best of all had it done by day’s end so we were able to continue our trip without delay. I highly recommend them, they nailed the problem and the rest of the trip was without any problem.
