Sean with AMPD was amazing! He installed our new electric fireplace, designed and built a custom hearth to enhance the overall effect. It took us awhile to sort out which fireplace to purchase to replace the old one - with the help of Gerri at the Fireplace Den and her recommendations both for the correct insert and Sean, we got it done! His attention to detail was excellent as he came back to ensure the hearth and tiles had set properly. Highly personal and attentive service!
Quick response! Friendly and informative during repair of electric fireplace. I don't live in Vernon and needed to hire repair person for my Mom. It was a small job but very important to her and Sean was kind and professional. I would highly recommend AMPD!
