Tamara has been maintaining my health for over 8 years and without her supports - my daily life at home and work would not be where it is. Her knowledge and magical massage techniques help ease the overuse of my shoulder from work.

I highly recommend Allison for massage. As a fellow RMT I can say I really appreciate her knowledge and technique. I have thoroughly enjoyed both massages that I’ve received and felt that she addressed my issues in ways that I’ve really needed for a long time. Thank you so much!

My first visit to Westshore Massage Therapy was a wonderful experience. Shena did a very thorough assessment of my presenting complaints and followed up with a careful explanation of her treatment plan for my first visit. Her gentle but firm treatment was very comforting.
