Good morning. We were very pleased with the fellows who came and installed our heat pump. They explained everything to us and cleaned up the mess from all the work they did including removing their shoes every time they entered from outside. We are finding that our home is nice and warm and an even temperature and it heats all the rooms. Thank You

We are very grateful for the full team efforts from West Bay Mechanical to install our heat pump, in January 2024. Special kudos and thanks to Alex and his team for the removal of our furnace, then installing the heat pump - they were friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Then, Nico, the tech expert, was extremely helpful, and again knowledgeable, to set up and tweak our thermostat. Thank you to everyone at West Bay!

We had Brian come today to our house and he did maintenance on our heat pump. He was the nicest and most professional technician we've ever had. He was very thorough and explained all our questions in full. Would fully recommend this company to anyone in the future. Hopefully in the future we will always get the same quality of service that Brian provided. Thanks again!
