A review of my experience taking the excellent driver training program for seniors at the Wallace Driving School
I had friends who I felt were not safe drivers but likely were unaware. I also had friends who had voluntarily quit driving and sold their car.
I decided to take the private seniors driving program voluntarily to ensure I was up to date on current laws and regulations and to allow an instructor to determine if I was a competent and safe driver.

My daughter Rachel successfully completed the GLP driver training course. It started depth classroom theory before getting behind the wheel, then the patient and knowledgeable
instructors making my daughter feel comfortable driving. As parents we were always invited to go with her on lessons and we did take this opportunity on a few occasions. I would highly recommend Joan Wallace driving school for teaching teen drivers based on our experience.
I have only comunicated with Joan once by zoom but the way in which she handled the one hour long group session gave me confidence that I needed to set myself (mentally) for a senior driving test. She also put me in touch with a simulated driver course which I passed. When ICBC require me to take a drivers test I will be in contact with her to smooth off my rough edges.
