I would like to say that I’m really enjoyed my visit. I got my very first tattoo from Bob. He said he has done tattoos for 40 years and I love what he did so I would recommend universal tattoo in Victoria for sure.

I've had 4 tattoos done by Universal Tattoo over the past 2 years and they have all been amazing. Kevin recently did a cover up for me that I can confidently say is my new favorite one I have. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with. Highly recommend Universal and try to book an appointment with Kevin if you can!
