We recently had our roof replaced by Top Pair and I highly recommend their work. The staff were always very courteous when we saw them and did their best to not interrupt our daily activities. I was amazed at how quickly our roof was done as the various pitch angles and valleys were definitely a challenge. At the end of the work day all debris was cleaned up and when they were finished you couldn't tell that they were there except for the new roof. I was also pleasantly surprised that the quote from last year was very close to the final price. 5 Star's!

In our initial meeting, Greg asked the right questions to identify our needs, explained our options, and did not try to “upsell”. Throughout the process, they quickly responded to any questions & kept us up to date. The crew were pleasant, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.

Greg did a smaller but urgent job patching some shingles for me. I was happy with the work, he also provided photos and a description of his assessment of the roofs health and outlook which was quite accurate.
