Thunderbird Plumbing helped me with a huge job very recently and I couldn’t be happier with their service, professionalism, and quality of work. From start to finish, the team was top notch. Toby quoted the job, explaining everything that needed doing and the process. Since it was a complete sanitary sewer line replacement, there were several people involved. Nolan and Ian dug the hard part ( under the shed!), then Justin took over to do the replacement itself. Justin was AMAZING. Such a hard worker, and his strategy and communication was incredible. Keith was also involved with his little tiny excavator and that was a dream because it meant very little disruption to my back yard. The job was done in 3 days and they stuck to the quote. I highly recommend Thunderbird and all their staff, including Marissa who kept everything running and kept me in the loop at every stage.
Can’t say enough good things. 1st call this past summer: we found a small leak in the septic pipe under our house. Then realized with settling, the pipe was slopped in the wrong direction. Toby came out right away and worked with hubby to dig up and replace the pipe over 2 days. Really impressed with his knowledge and work. 2nd call last week: While under the house replacing the furnace filter, we found the shower was leaking water. Badly. Again, Toby to the rescue. Immediately found the source of the leak and offered solutions. He also found our hot water tank was failing (I KNEW water in the tray wasn’t normal. Totally felt vindicated in an “I told you so” moment lol). Sourced and installed the new tank same day. Toby was transparent with costs every step of the way. They’re also running a promo of a 10 year warranty for the price of an 8. At the end, Toby then proceeded to walk my 6 year old through everything he had done. Adorable.
