Dr. Hatfield inherited me from Dr. Rosenthal (and he is now stuck with me for life), like most people would be, I was nervous to have a new practitioner for all my cosmetic procedures. However, all of that fear has quickly and fully dissipated.
The first time I went to see Dr. Hatfield and his team, I went for botox. Prior to the appointment, I was complaining about my under eyes, but was unfortunately on a budget. Dr. Hatfield asked me what my budget was, and came up with a treatment plan for me to address two of my biggest concerns in one visit and within my budget. Over a year ago I started to get adult acne. I had horrible acne as a teenager but it had been resolved for a long time. I tried absolutely everything over the counter, and saw several doctors and pharmacists. Absolutely nothing worked, or even made things worse, until I came here. I knew it would take a long time to fix my skin and I was not looking for anything magical, but the first morning after using the resurfacing pads, the rough sandpaper texture of my skin that had been there for over 6 months was finally gone. I was in the medical aesthetics field for a short time as a nurse so I am quite picky who I work with. I aim for natural looking results as I move through mid-life. Dr Hatfield is a gentle and skilled practitioner. He will take time to review your goals, your budget, and offer kind yet realistic suggestions as needed. I will definitely return and feel confident that in the future he will provide me with safe, gentle, and effective care leaving me with a “just been on holiday” look versus a “she just had work done” vibe (these are my goals -yours may be different). He is both a physician and an artist.
