I accidentally dropped my MacBook Air off my bed while finishing my final paper, and I was absolutely terrified that I’d lost everything — the screen wouldn’t even turn on. I brought my laptop in feeling so stressed and upset, but everyone there was so kind, understanding, and reassuring. They worked incredibly fast to get it fixed, and even went above and beyond by personally dropping it off because they knew how urgently I needed it. Amazing place! I spilled coffee on my computer months ago and by fortune I ended up meeting these amazing people! The service is great, they are transparent and explain in detail your device’s issue, whenever I have a small problem with the keyboard or wanna change anything, I don’t think twice about going with them right away. Definitely the best Apple related service one could ask for.

We need more businesses like The MacPros. I was having issues with my 10year old computer. We had a conversation about whether or not it would be worth fixing. After I decided to fix it, I ran into another issue and they were more than reasonable in helping to resolve my issues once and for all. In a world of throwing away electronics and other goods when we have issues, Cindy and Jay are working to repair devices in a tech world that is anti-right to repair. On top of that they are knowledgeable and friendly.
