So, we are launching a new store, and had some serious connectivity issues regarding our network.These guys not only were willing to help, they arranged a team consisting of support from Vancouver, Victoria AND Nanaimo to get a solution in place for us.I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to these guys. great service, knowledgable, helpful and conscientious. Lenovo gave me fits for days on a warranty issue, Tec Net solved it in minutes and fixed the laptop quickly after contacting Lenovo.

Great service and genuinely cared about the outcome of my situation with a laptop provider. Although I wouldn't recommend Lenovo I would highly recommend these guys if you have an issue with one of their products.
