They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my rug once it was cleaned. Great value for the money that you pay. They offer free pick up and delivery, and are very good at cleaning and caring for your rug. My rug is 6x8 and made of wool, had pet odors (urine) and stains - when I picked it up it smelled amazing, with no stains and appeared brighter then ever!!!
