Mark Gottfreid has been an excellent physiotherapist for me, curing several ongoing aches and pains, some long-standing , and on top of that giving me exercises and advice to prevent recurrences. I would strongly recommend him.
Mo is very knowledgeable. We just didn't get enough time to get to the meat n' bones. Next session!
Had my next session. Mo was prepared, gave me solid instruction, and provided a program. He gets the fifth star. As for the program... so far so good. I may be a bit optimistic, but things seem to be going in the right direction!
