Always kind and collected. The staff are accommodating with any questions or concerns. I was able to stock up on some skincare and appreciate the assistance and feedback from staff!

As a customer , i had the best experience to be honest. Chloe helped us and she was so wonderful with her work . She explained us everything from basic and showed different stuff for our skincare . She spent a handful time on explaining the product which shows her dedication towards the job. It was so nice to be there . Worth going.Thanks

I shop at sephora a lot, but still feel uncomfortable there around some employees there. Cashiers are not friendly and sometimes seem harsh. Once the cashier asked me if someone helped me, I said yes, but did not know the name of the consultant so I began to describe her appearance, but English is not my native language, so it was difficult for me to explain in details, to which I saw the cashiers looking askance at me because of this and quietly laughing. Almost every time I go to the cash register, I feel humiliated by the looks of the cashiers.
