Went to Sephora last weekend and Courtney approached me and helped me find my purchase. She was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive to what I needed to find.
I didn't actually shop here, but I was with a friend who did. Personally, I got entirely distracted by what I can only describe as aggressively enthusiastic Trans support. It was the exact opposite of my lived experiences, and I could only laugh at the stark contrast.
10/10 on your employee. If I ever do decide to wear makeup again, I'll put on my noise-cancelling headphones, and come here.
