Very happy with the service and quality of the work I received on my new Rinnai Hot Water system. My old tank started to leak on the weekend and Brandon and his team were there Monday morning to get it sorted out!

I was lucky enough to get Brandon's contact info from a friend. After I contacted him, he replied to me within minutes. A few days later, he was out here hooking up my new laundry room. Before I got his contact info, I had reached out to 5 or so plumbers and Brandon is the only one who actually replied to me. When Brandon showed me the finished job, I was so happy. It looks SO good. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he's also just a genuinely nice person. Google only lets me leave up to 5 stars, but if I could I would give way more. Rapid Plumbing and Heating is now saved in my phone for next time!

I recently moved here from Ontario, and I wanted to install an under sink reverse osmosis water filter system in my kitchen. I asked a neighbour if he could recommend me a plumber that I could trust. He said he always calls Brandon from Rapid Plumbing and Heating, and that Brandon has done work for a number of other close neighbours. I called him and he made room in his busy schedule to do the installation. I was very pleased. After he left, I had some questions about the use of the system and called him the same night.
